If I went by my typical rating scale then this should get a 5 star rating, however I am being held back because it doesn't feel right. 4 stars, or 4.5 would be more reasonable. Mainly because I think the mind blowing moments left me feeling more hungover and "what did I just read" piece it together kind of thing rather than WHAT nobody expected that. It was like whiplash a lot during this book as you gain more and more information. Definitely recommend this one.

An easy read, the mystery of the time travel kept me coming back even if the writing was somewhat average. Pretty shallow character development, and not sure I need to be told numerous times about a character’s slim body, blue eyes and general sexual charisma. Or reminded regularly that the main character was slimmer when she was in her twenties than she is at her current age.

I’m always a sucker for a good time travel book. This one was a definite page turner and a creative concept. No literary pretentiousness, just a fun read. I started with audiobook but then switched to written version which was better for this type of story.
