It better towards the end. I quite liked all the twists and turns. Slow at parts and kind of bleh but all in all ended up pretty good.

This book has a really cool premise and is perfect if you’re craving a popcorn thriller (aka mindless entertainment) like I was. The narrator really spells everything out (a personal pet peeve with thrillers—trust the reader to understand the connections/plot points/etc) and it lags a bit at certain parts. Still, it was a book I looked forward to picking up each evening and enjoyed reading.

The further the book got the more back in time it went and was harder to keep up with it. Lost interest.
