The characters were interesting and the writing was very atmospheric. But the mystery didn't particularly intrigue me. The multiple perspectives were useful at the end but didn't add much for most of the book.

More close to 3.5 stars~
This book had a deeper story than I though. I wasn't just about a serial killer doing random murders and detectives trying to catch him. Even though it was a fascinating story, with deeper motives and background stories, I would like it to develop a little quicker and more sadden, to make me gasp of surprise. But I guest if it had develop quicker maybe we wouldn't had learn our characters complex background stories so well.

Nothing was happening,  the nurses were off page and nothing seemed to flow or tie together. 179 pages in and bored.
