This is a great book and I can't wait to share it with my students! I know they will love it. It is so well written and funny. I learned a lot while staying engaged with the funny content and awesome illustrations.

Stacy has made such a great series here.  This is the 5th of 7 so far.  I am hoping she will do one for each planet.

The artwork is amazing, the tone and lighthearted writing is wonderful.  Mars is the party planet apparently.  This is simply fun to read.  Who doesn't want to party with this mars.

Some facts from the book:
Earth and Mars can be as close as 34 million miles or as far apart as 250 million miles, depending
Mars has two oblong moons
Earth has a magnetic field and Mars does not
Mars is roughing half the size of Earth
Mars has polar ice caps too

I can't imagine kids not loving this story.

This series is so cute and the kids I read Mars to all enjoyed it. It offers up the information in a very fun and engaging way. And I appreciated the little quiz I could give them at the end.

This is peppy and cute, with lots of great science facts entwined with Mars's chatty narration.

Loved this book! Although I will have to politely decline Mars' invitation as I am terrified of Space (although fascinated by it)
