This book made me want to quit my job to work at a charming old luxury hotel, loved it!

OMG this book was so freaking good. I am surprised by everything that happened and I would’ve never guest how much of a mystery this book would be. I loved the setting and the atmosphere. I read this book in one day and I have never expected all the twist and turns that took place.

Perfect amazing cozy read. I loved all the characters and the vibes were immaculate. I read this in the drab heat of summer but just imagining a majestic European castle covered in snow and reading about the hijinks in the hotel during Christmas absolutely filled me with frosty glee. The romance was also quite sweet, as there were no disappointments and everything was flushed out, apologies and all. The climax had plot twist after plot twist and left me on the edge of my seat! Overall great read. The author 100% delivered on the book's promise :)

This book was one of the most surprising things I've read, because everything you don't consider happens and the things that plague your mind are left relatively resolved and yet also mostly unanswered. The characters were all just so wonderful, the setting really was magical and the plot was absolutely absurd. I love this book so gently and I love the Forbidden Cat with all of the fervor she deserves. Just so, so good and so eerie and calm and wonder-provoking.
