    Well, this book was disappointing. I had hoped the mystery part would go another way. But it was thoroughly predictable. The book had some enjoyable parts, like the supernatural element. But the murderer element was too simple and easy to figure out.

Narrator Rating: 4.25 stars
  The narrator did an excellent job, with tonal shifts and all. I just wish she'd been able to differentiate the male voices more.

The children's deaths are that of an older sister who is a young teen I believe when she died, and it is briefly described as it is a past event. It is more the grief over it that is prominent in the book. There is also the murder of the teen girls which is more graphically described.
