It sure did take me a while to read this book. When I asked the guy manning the booth at comic con for a book with dragons and a strong female hero he gave me this book. This heroine did not fight her own fights and could not believe in herself enough to cast spells purposefully throughout the entire book. And she fell in love with the man who murdered her beloved aunt. If you don’t mind all this then it was a good book. It just left a sour taste in my mouth.
