This book gives all the feels and then some. I love Elise's character, she is such a bad b**ch. I loved all the back and forth with the Kings. That ending was brutal and I am so glad all the books are out already. I loved that there were interconnected characters from the Caged Wolf series.
This was slow moving for me in the beginning. I was SO engrossed with Zodiac Academy, that changing to this series after book 3 was really hard; but as soon as I got really into it, it was amazing. I'm on to book 2 now... what will happen, I can't wait to find out.
Was not looking forward to taking a break from Zodiac academy to read this. However, this was a really speedy read since the pace was pretty good. We will see if I can make it through the rest of this prequel series at the same pace
I love that it is different to the First few Zodiac Academy that I have read. It gives us a glimpse at so much more of the world. I am defiantly hooked.

I just couldn't take anymore of this it has put me in a book slump. I tried it, and it seemed good at first, but it is just dragging on. As this is the first book of five, I skimmed the reviews of the other four to see if it gets better, AND it seems it doesn't and still drags. I'm glad I didn't keep torturing myself.
