A fun read - like a better take on ice plant barbarian. While not a the best writing, the story was fun, the slice was great and I lived the world building and the rules. I may reread a few more in the series.

This was a pretty good read with great world building! The story itself was okay, a bit underwhelming imo, and not quite what I was expecting but I’m intrigued to continue on in the series. tbh I was lowkey disappointed to learn that these aliens are basically human just with pretty tattoos lol

I used 1 Libro.fm credit for a package of the first 3 books in this series! But the audiobook narrator is ATROCIOUS and would not recommend
