“She owns me, and that makes her the most powerful wolf in the five packs. And I don’t think she has a clue.”

I am currently on a werewolf romance kick, so I really enjoyed this one. The plot twists were very obvious to me but I still had a good time reading this one. I don’t think the plot twist was explained very well at all though. There needed to be another scene with Abertha and an explanation. It felt like all the Wattpad werewolf romances I used to read in the 2010s. It was a little too drawn out for me. It probably could have been about 80-100 pages too long in my opinion.

i didn't expect my disappointment to be in the lack of...... sex LMAO

CUZ HONESTLY????? for an omegaverse book, you'd expect them to be mating a lot idk ??? the groveling was ok, not as much as i was lead to believe but im satisfied with una not yielding after 1 chapter of "groveling" i guess

i liked una

I Can never get enough of this book. it's my comfort read.

Just finished another re-read, and I seriously freaking love this series so much. I can't get enough.
This is my favourite type of rejected mate book, where she ends up with her fated mate, and I appreciate so much that these books aren't full of cheating and other women drama. There is some mild mention of previous history and a woman who is ultimately a non-issue..
This series is just really good.
Read again, probably my favourite re-read.

I'm not an angst lover so I've never read a rejected mate romance, but I heard so many good things I decided to try it. It wasn't bad! It wasn't as painfully angsty as I was expecting and I really liked Una and some unique things about the pack. I thought there needed to be a little bit more depth to Killian, who I never emotionally connected to, and there needed to be a bit more comeuppance in general.

I enjoyed this novel. My first foray into a/b/o outside of the realm of fanfic. Una was an enjoyable FMC. Not really a spoiler, but
I was hoping she would turn out to be a witch like the old crone, but I can appreciate that it’s an overused trope where the physically weak FMC suddenly becomes OP and that her not having magic really showcases her abilities and strength as she is.
