I was immersed in the flashback chapters. The Buenos Aires part not so much. Those parts seemed to drag on without adding much to the story. Jean Luca was insufferable in every way and took me out of the story multiple times.

It was really good! As the story went on, I feel like I understood the main character more and I appreciate the author’s take based on what happened to her in her own life.
