genuinely frightening!! very atmospheric, unsettling. enjoyed the dialogue in the first half a lot, too. minus points for the ending but really enjoyed the ride up until then.

This book was eerie, the ending was very confusing. I found myself discovering the theme of this book, but the ending was not what I expected at all. Many parts of the book felt unfinished, but made more sense once you got to the ending. Could have been delivered better, especially the ending.
