This is probably my least favorite in the girl with trilogy- however it is still very brilliant. the pay offs and connections and mystery unraveling is so satisfying. especially in this one where as the reader you know a lot more information than the characters so it is satisfying when they figure it out.
one of the best part was when Gianni just annihilates Teleraborn during the trial. best pay off every!!!
this biggest hurdle for this book are the characters and knowing who is who. there are so many with very similar names which made this book tougher to get through at times.

A quote from the book: “But it was not over for Lisbeth Salander. This was only the first day of the rest of her life.”

I only intend to read Larsson’s trilogy in the series and I’m pleased with the ending. This series lived up to hype that I’ve heard about for over a decade, and I think Mikael and Lisbeth are two of my favorite characters that I’ve come across while reading. The trial scenes were a joy. Overall, it’s a favorite series that I can see myself returning to in the future to reread. There are still moments in the first two books that I think about and I’m sure that will also be true of this one.

I found the first two books to be so boring, like painfully so. This book tied everything together and even though my fav Lisbeth was unconscious for the first portion of the book it was a million times more interesting than the first book specifically.
