‘What’s the use of poetry? / You ask. Well, here’s a start: / It’s anecdotal evidence / About the human heart’
Eh. Not my favourite. I tend to enjoy more freeverse poems and poems that are longer / more substantial. I braced to hate this when I saw it was full of short poems with strict meters and rhyme schemes but it was alright. I actually found a lot I liked in this but ultimately it just wasn’t for me. I do get why people would love this though.
