I have read many self-help books now. Like the others, this one has its share of oversimplifications and platitudes, but I’ve concluded that if I can learn one thing from each of these books, I will be satisfied. Psycho-Cybernetics passes that bar.

Lost momentum for me. I plan to rent it on my kindle instead of a hard copy

Some of the older troupes of self help books are in place and a lot of creationist lingo felt out of place, but this was a great book filled with actionable advice on how to improve the way you perceive yourself.

fucking finally finished it. anyways. interesting concepts are discussed in this book but unless you really, truly need to deal with a whole laundry list of personal issues, just read the book summary. it probably has fewer references to how we're all children of God, which I assume would be pretty tedious to read for non-believers.
