I truly liked this trope more than I had anticipated. The characters were loveable and had great development. Beau as a side character, also had great development that I felt a side of pride over. Garrett calling Charlie ‘kiddo’ in his text sparked something that makes me so excited to read his book.

I was hooked from the very beginning—I couldn’t put it down! I didn’t think I’d enjoy the age gap romance, but I ended up loving it. Emerson and Charlie were perfect for each other. Emerson was caring, respectful, and never pressured her, which made their connection even more meaningful.

It took me a while to get into this but once I did, I found it enjoyable. I've been trying to find a new BDSM author (Sierra Cartwright isn't doing it for me) and it's been hard. Sara Cate's Praise is no Joey W. Hill or Cherise Sinclair but her storytelling is neat, her writing style is very decent, her characters are endearing.
