This second story of the series was definitely more character than plot driven. I like getting to see the dynamic between Paedyn & Kai in a more one on one setting.
The plot twist at the end I was NOT expecting! Excited to read the third book soon!

This second full book in the series was great! A wonderful continuation of the story that furthered and deepened the connections and character development. The ending had me AGHAST and I had to immediately jump into the next (and final!) book of the series!
I have mixed feelings about this. I was so so so excited after Powerless & Powerful because I absolutely ADORE these characters with all my heart, but I feel like. . . nothing happened?
