Oh. My. God.
I was screaming by the end of this book. I loved it. Absolutely loved it. I rarely ever give a book 5 stars, but this was something else.
I was hooked from the very start. The tension between Kai and Paedyn, wow. The different scenes of them together - some had me crying, screaming, smiling. The plot was moving, quite fast paced. Every chapter ended with me turning to the next. After getting to the last half of book, I could not put the book down. The plot twist isn't exactly unpredictable as I did suspect it, but I was screaming nonetheless. 
I really enjoyed this book - for some reason the second book of a trilogy is always the best.

The second of the trilogy. Overall slower than book 1, but still a page turner to follow their journey & growth, navigating the aftermath of powerless in another enemies-to-lovers, close proximity romance with all the same elements of banter I loved. Extremely ready to see how the story continues.
