So I finished this book in 4 hours. It is not the action book, though it still delivers you it’s fair share of adventures, but main character here is love.
Love that makes you face yourself and see yourself for what you are and what you actually want to be. I just loved how Kai and Paedyn tried to resist their feelings and failed each time. I loved their “pretend” game, it was sweet and easy escape until it was not anymore.
Kitt and Kai go through their grief separately but come to the same conclusion nonetheless. I loved chapter about the Queen, who really loved her husband. I loved if not all, then almost all of the book.
And this ending, like, I am sorry, WHAT? Are you for real?! Who leaves us for almost ONE YEAR after this kind of cliffhanger?
Worst part, I love Kitt. Deeply. He is extremely precious to me and I adore how he loves Pae just as much as Kai does, though, their love is very different.
So I am choked and will just re-read Powerless and Reckless until I can get myself Fearless ASAP.

I really tried to finish this book but it got repetitive really fast and I kept getting annoyed at the fact that she didn't cut her hair. Like if I was on the run and had really obvious hair that could identify me I'd cut it off or dye it.....like come on

A personal pet peeve of mine is that I just don't really understand main characters in these romantasy type books - like where is the self respect to NOT fall in love with people who also have tried to kill us and our loved ones ?? like wtf is going on girl. anyway. I also just do not SEE the chemistry with any of these couples, and instead im cringed out.
