Just personal preference, here. I'd much rather listen to Kathryn Nicolai's podcast where she reads her stories nice and slow. When I try reading Nothing Much Happens in print, my eyes start to glaze over from lack of action and I don't absorb any of it to help me relax.

loved the first section of this book, but once we got to the bedtime stories themselves I realized the podcast was more effective for me

Blijft op mijn nachtkastje liggen, super fijn en rustig boek. Er gebeurt zo weinig in dat ik vaak tijdens het lezen al in slaap val

I think it's a lovely book and concept. The couple of stories I did read were delightful for winding down my mind at bedtime. This is more the type of book I'd like to own and keep at my bedside, but this was a library copy so I'm moving on for now haha.

I lost interest in the very, very slow audio recording.
