Just like the first book, this book did not disappoint. The pace was much faster this time and everything was more tense but still fit the style of the first book. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this and could not put it down! Sometimes the motives of the characters seemed to change quite often but it was always explained. I also really love that the author dared to write so much about suicidal thoughts. Definitely a tough topic, but she managed to describe perfectly how one feels having those thoughts (at least from my perspective as someone who has struggled with this). I also really love Dyna as a character. She is just pure and wholesome.

I know you‘re probably supposed to feel like this but I really hate Von. I hate him more than Tarn. Tarn at least is always evil and selfish and he has only one target. Von on the other hand is always so soft and sensitive with Yavi but he doesn’t apply this kind of treatment to others and every time he used his stupid excuses for his behavior I just wanted to shake him and scream at him. He really really makes me angry haha.
