I really enjoyed reading this short book and while Loren and Nathan were fun characters to follow, I didn't really connect with the story. It felt like there was a disconnect, that something was missing. Maybe it was just me, but I couldn't really get into it.

🫧 Daddy/Boy. Hurt/Comfort. Sweet and Sexy. 3rd person, dual POV.

So this was your run of the mill daddy/boy love story with a couple of twists…

Nathan is a homeless s*x worker in the beginning. We don’t know his story or anything. He just turns tricks to make money. He stays in a shack with Daisy and Robbie, another homeless couple. When Daisy gets sick, Nathan goes to work and accidentally calls a client daddy and ends up being pushed into a wall.

Loren is an accountant who wants a boy. He stumbles across a hurt Nathan and takes him home to help him heal. They discover they’re perfect for each other and there you go.

I honestly don’t even think I highlight anything. The story wasn’t bad. Other than a few editing mistakes, it just wasn’t memorable and that’s okay.

This book is alright. The pacing is a little awkward and I wish the story had more to it as it all seemed very rushed. I think the dynamic between Nate and Loren is cute and sweet but I wanted more conflict, more angst, more emotion. Everything in this story is just to easy and convenient. However, like I said I think the relationship between the two MC’s is adorable, and I like the premise.

Sweet story

I enjoyed this story, I liked the characters and the relationship between the main characters. I absolutely recommend this book.

This was a short, sweet Daddy story. While it was simply written and used quite repetitive language, I found Nathan and Loren’s story to work quite well. I enjoy a good daddy/little dynamic and the author, Eloise, didn’t have Nathan reverting to too young of a little, which I also enjoyed.

Overall, solid read — NOTE: I’m a sucker for these dynamics.

Bored as hell, didn't feel any ounce of emotional connection with the characters it's just so mild.
