I literally could not stop reading these until I had gotten to the end (at least until the next release). What a great series! And this one was especially nice because we get a peek into Dex's head.

*unhinged giggle* This is SO FUN. I looooved getting to see Perry and all my favorite moments from Dex’s point of view.

I loved being inside of Dex's head!!! Again, I didn't really get into it until Perry showed up since those two are magic. There's quite a few scenes that we already experienced through Perry's eyes, but I do like knowing what he was thinking. There were one or two more moments that I wish were included, but I really enjoyed this one.

This was absolutely perfect!
Really, having the privilege of being inside Dex's head was amazing.

“Maybe trespassers were a weekly occurrence. Maybe they lured ghost hunters here and then robbed them. Or raped them. I’d probably let Little Miss Doe Eyes do the honors, but I had no idea how strong her uncle was.”

OMG! Dex Dex Dex! Boy was this a great. Thank you Karina for giving out ARCs on Facebook! I know it took me a while to get to it but i needed to finish the rest of the books.(Sorry!) Did not want to spoil the series haha.

This series has been amazing from Perry's POV, but who would not want to know what was going on in Dex's head through out the series. I know I wanted to know! We learn so much moe about Dex and why he acts certain ways. I love that we get to see when Dex first meets Maximus. Ugh i do not like this guy. Something is up with him and I want to know!

After reliving the scenes through his POV, we def know that he loves Perry. He would do anything for her! And he has! At points he has the worst, and i mean WORST, way of showing it. *End of the Lying Season* (who didn't hate Dex then??) But seeing it from his view, he really did love her. I don't know why he believed Perry when she said she didn't love him (or why she said it to begin with) but he did believe it. I guess that's how he showed he was hurt.

My heart melted when he said things like, "I would never stop saving her", which was during their time in Red Fox. Or after they slept together he was thinking he was Head over heels in love with her! (Then why did you act like an idiot afterwards????) And during the Bailout when he said "I had lost her once I cant lose her again"!!! Ahhh :) I just wish he would show it, but i think he learned his lesson after he messed it up in the Lying Season. Well at least lets hope he did.

I cannot wait for the 6th book to come out!! I am all caught up on the series..what will i do now?

It was absolutely mind blowing to be in his head....his mind is so..unforgiving...but at the same time..vulnerable..especially when it comes to Perry.

all of the things he doesnt say..the way he chooses to phrase the things he feels..even though he's thinking something competly different..it infurieated me...but now knowing what he's been through...I understand

but seriously ...all through this book.. I was LOOSING IT OW
BECAUSE SERIOUSLY WTF DEX THIS IS HOW YOU FEEL FUCK FUCK FUCK..

Its like wow!!! finding all of his fucking feelings out was eye opening.

while I was frustrated at the same time I was like.... YES YES YESSSSSSS

it was really interesting to get to finally see how Dex sees Perry which is the exact opposite of how shes sees herself and how she thinks he sees her.....that was to me, the most shocking thing.


toward the end where there was a scene from into the hollow...we get to see the new Dex! the Dex that has been shaped by regret,shame,and depression....and is all about being better..for Perry the women he loves and it was AWESOME...he was like...HULK WHEN IT CAME TO HER ...busting out of cop cars..breaking shit running from the fuzz...being a complete bad ass and a man hell bent on getting his women and it was fucking great.

I waited so long to see that side of Dex it sucks that something horrible had to happen for him to be that way.

and that one scence...the one at the end of lying season....FUCK SHIT...WHAT HE THOUGHT OMGGGG OMGGGGGG i get it now...and I now blame Perry lol
