Aaaaah!! This series!! This is such a good story, written by an even better story teller. This book has unexpected twists and turns, a blossoming friendship which warms the heart, a girl torn between her old life with so many unanswered questions about her past (which I know we will find out) and her new life to come. I can’t wait to read the rest in this series. It flows beautifully. I like getting to know the characters, which I hope there will be more to learn about them in the other books. So many theories in my head! By far my favourite so far of 2025!

So, when I started this series it was just a random audiobook pull from the library. And now it is taking up a HUGE portion of my mental space because my god this book is good. 

The characters give me the warm fuzzies, and I want Jacqueline as a BFF. 

The relationship between Thea and Julian has me swooning (and equally frustrated) because I'm invested in them. 

I swear if this series doesn't end in an HEA I will riot. I also need books on all the brothers and Jacqueline. 

Geneva Lee Albin is easily become a favorite author of mine.
