It’s a book designed for young women, yes. I am not a young woman (in terms of the audience for this book), no. I loved this book, yes.
I wouldn’t hesitate to hand this book to any of the young women I know. There is a lot of wisdom and truth within the pages. Smith speaks from her heart and she delivers hope from its source—God. Using Jeremiah 29:11 as her basis, she’s put together a fine example for anyone—and young women need this hope and light.
Yes, it’s perfect for your graduate, Confirmation candidate, or niece/daughter/friend. No b.s., lots of good talk, and plenty of food for thought. Highly recommended.
