Really interesting and thought-provoking. Makes me feel less shit about always hating PE as a kid at school, and even more grateful for discovering the benefits of physical health and exercise now before I turn 20. I love the way Kessel writes, she's so engaging in the way she presents facts to the reader. Lots of conversation starters - pretty much every chapter explores a different 'bump in the road' as Kessel puts it that women experience on their path to physical wellbeing. I fell off a little towards the end when it got a little too statistic heavy, but other than that, this book was well worth the price.
