I loved this story. It had so much more depth than I expected. It's not your average college-boys-hook-up-and-fall-in-love; these guys have history, and it's complicated. Forgiveness and redemption can be difficult, but teenagers don't always make good choices. Experience is the best teacher, and sometimes they deserve a second chance.

Definitely one of those books where there was not enough groveling and remorse to make up for the harm done. The short length hurt this story, because the forgiveness of the love interest did not feel earned. More of a HFN than an HEA, which I'm usually fine with, but the rushed resolution just made me feel these guys were in for so much more pain, and they don't seem aware they need couples counseling, ASAP, and maybe some PTSD counseling as well for the MC.
