All or Nothing At All is the third and final book in the Billionaire Builders series by the wonderful Jennifer Probst. I have read a lot of books by Jennifer and they are all great! I especially love this series! The Pierce brothers have taken up real estate in my heart and I'm very sad to see this series end. All or Nothing At All is a second chance romance, which happen to be one of my favorite romance stories. We have known both Tristan and Sydney since the beginning of the series. Sydney was a part of their family from the time she was eight years old and she always had a crush on Tristan. He always saw her as a kid sister until one day when he didn't. She'd grown up to be gorgeous and tempting and he couldn’t keep his hands to himself anymore. They were young and Tristan wanted out of the small town and away from his father. He left Sydney behind only to return seven years later to work with his brothers and Sydney again. She's even more gorgeous and has a beautiful daughter. They've managed to be civil and stay away from each other up until now. But when they are forced to work on a big project together the chemistry comes back in full force. Sydney can't think about the past and the way her heart broke when Tristan left. Tristan doesn't want to go back, he wants to move forward with her. Can they put their past behind them and move on? Or will more secrets tear them apart forever? I loved this story! This was the perfect ending to the series. Tristan is a sexy, suit wearing, successful man with a dirty mouth. Sydney is gorgeous, talented and independent. I loved watching their story unfold. It was hot, sexy and sweet!

"You were never a responsibility to me. You were a fucking gift. Never forget that."

"It's as if all roads in my life were leading to her."

This was absolutely AMAZING! Hands down my FAVORITE in the series. The Billionaire Builders went out with a bang with Tristan and Sydney's story. I could not get though of these two and loved every second. My heart was pretty much exploding all over the place.

I loved Tristan and Sydney. Watching them reconnect, how their relationship developed and grew, was pretty fantastic. There is chemistry, animosity, tension, and major heat between the two. I loved learning about their histories and getting glimpses of their memories giving the story a lot of depth. I have to say, I have always liked Tristan but by chapter 7, the man completely melted me and I was totally in love with him.

There were times both Tristan and Sydney frustrated me and I wasn't always happy with their past or present decisions but it was this hard situation and I felt like a fly on the wall as these two figured it out and fell in love. I was brimming with excitement for Tristan to find out the truth, that wait and build was tense and heart wrenching. I loved the raw, vulnerability of the characters. Tristan was a complicated mess but I loved watching him grow and open up.

This was super entertaining to read. The Pierce brothers and their significant others play a big part. It felt like their were mini stories happening for them and it gave it a well rounded feel. I loved Tristan's relationship with his brothers, I am such a sucker for male bonding moments and the good natured ribbing but also that true understanding when it's needed. The women were pretty great too, loved getting to see Morgan and Raven again. I loved the lighter moments that were apart of this story as well. They were needed and perfectly timed.

The writing was awesome! I almost feel like it had two major builds in one story and both times I was on the edge of my seat waiting to get to those moments. Drama, turmoil, love, sweetness, apprehension, playfulness, sexiness, this had it all!!!

The ending was spectacular. Everything was building to this amazing moment. It broke me down and filled me up. It was the prefect ending to the series. It was an amazing story about reconnecting, second chances, family, healing, and true love. I am absolute thrilled with the conclusion and the roller coaster ride of emotions I experienced while reading, it was fantastic!

All Or Nothing At All is the final book in the Billionaire Builders series, and Ms Probst has left the best till last.

I adore Sydney. She is smart and funny and feisty, and one heck of a single mum. I could completely understand why she did things how she did.

Tristan. Hmmm, Tristan. As much as I wanted to love you, I can tell you that for most of the story I disliked you. You are stubborn, and rude, and at times a complete and utter douche canoe!

This installment of the Billionaire Builders was a lot more emotional than the first 2.5 books. Heart wrenchingly so at times. I wanted to throw my Kindle across the room in frustration, I cussed out Tristan many a time, I laughed. Ran the whole gamut of emotions.

I loved getting more of Cal, Dalton, Brady and their lucky ladies, and felt that Ms Probst rounded out this series well.

Can't wait to see what she brings us next.

Tristan treated Sydney like crap for 95% of this book. It was abusive, manipulative, self-centered, and made it impossible to like his character. Probst tries to right all the wrongs in the last five pages. Just doesn’t work that way. The 7 year old daughter talked and acted more like a 4-5 year old.

It's always a bittersweet affair when a series comes to an end. I loved going on this journey with the Pierce brothers who started off as a broken, deeply hurt family that needed to heal and reconnect into being a family. It's been a long and difficult road to this point and the last brother, Tristan, has the toughest hurdle to overcome: himself. Years ago he had a brief affair with Sydney Green, a family friend. But things went downhill and life, age differences, their wants and needs were vastly different that it all fell apart. Fast forward five years and Tristan finds himself back home and effectively avoiding Sydney even though they work at the same company.

When they're forced to work together, sparks fly and the past clashes with the present. Sydney for me was a coward. I like how she grew a backbone in the time that Tristan was away but for 60% of the book all I could think of was "Tell him! Tell him! Tell him! Tell him!". She had a big secret and her constant avoidance made me loathe her. What I liked was that Tristan was also flawed. Usually characters like him tick all the boxes but what endeared me to him were his flaws, including his stubbornness. The two of them had a lot to deal with: betrayal, lies, the past.

It was also nice to see the other characters from previous books and the epilogue tied it all up nicely. Loved this series and this family and another moving series by Jennifer Probst.

What a beautiful way to end the series! I've loved the books in this series and for it to end makes me sad but I'm sure Ms. Probst will wow us with another series in no time!

The story of Sydney and Tristan is a second chance romance. They were together while they both worked for Pierce Brothers under Tristan's father Christian. It was a secret affair while they worked together.

And then everything fell apart.

I loved reading the history between them as well as the history of Sydney with the Pierce family when Diane, Tristan's mother, was still alive.

This book was filled with so much emotion and angst it was awesome to read. There were parts that I wanted to strangle Tristan for the way he treated Sydney but he redeemed himself in the end.

I also loved that Brady found his love too in this book. I'm wondering (and hoping) if he might get his own book?

I would definitely recommend reading the previous two books before reading the finally but it's not necessary.

This was one of those books that really made me angry to the point that I wasn't sure I could continue reading.

I really liked Tristan up to a certain point where his behavior took a wild left turn for me. While I totally understand the place he was coming from and why he was so angry, it was the extreme way he took out his anger that had me wanting to throw my kindle and curse out author. Never the less I pushed through and I'm really happy that I did.

I won't lie and say that I'm completely satisfied with the way things went but I understand why they went that way and how it contributed to the relationship between Tristan and Sydney.

I think that the simple fact that I could feel so passionate about the characters and their story means that the writing was so good that I was completely invested and that's all I can ask for from an author and a book.

This was the final book in the Billionaire Builder's Series and I'm sad to see it come to an end but I love the journey that these brothers took me on and I will totally come back to visit the Pierce brothers in the future.
