There were many twists and turns… some that made me want to yeet my book across the room. I was invested!! 🤣 

You are on a rollercoaster and I started the book hating one of the characters to really being on their team by the end! 

It ends on such a cliffhanger so can’t wait to continue the series!

This book was SO GOOD. It gave everting it needed to give. We’ve got all the emotions, all the drama, the politics, all the danger and the will to survive, so basically everything you need in a good dystopian novel. It was even better than the first one and the novella. So excited to keep reading books in this world with these characters.

Dude this was such a good book. Literally love Kenji. The way Warner cares about Juliette <3.      
Also when he was kidnapped and they had their little chatsssss</spolier>. Adam started to get on my nerves lol.

I was waiting for our MR WARNER!! Kenji is the only reason I keep going. He’s the cutest, the funniest THE ICON.

I love Kenji and obviouly AARON FREAKING WARNER YALL. He’s always been THE STANDARD. As for Adam, he’s boring. I kinda dislike Juliette a little for rejecting Aaron but it’s okay I kinda get it she’s confused. But girl- you’re indeed build different for REJECTING HIM. I would fold-

“You’re so lovely when you’re blushing,” Warner says to me. “But I really wish you wouldn’t waste your affections on someone who has to beg for your love.”


“He held you captive and managed to fall in love with you in the process.”
Damn lucky.

“I love it when you say my name,” he says. “I don’t even know why.”
“God, I love that.”
DO NOT WORRY! I’m here! I’ll say it a trillion times only for you Aaron.
