I hate giving a bad rating to a book, because I know how much time and energy it took to write it.

At first I thought the story was cute but then i think I kind of hated the characters, everything was too much. Nathan was like "hello I'm a god cause I know consent and communication", mon reuf no that's just normal :)

I might have read only 50% of this book cause I ended up skipping most chapters just to see the evolution of their relationship.

For real the part I loved most was the "about the author" one

This book was absolutely ADORABLE! I loved every minute of it. My only regret is how long it took me to read this. I wish I would have read it as soon as it came out. The friendships and relationships in this are my favorite. It’s so relatable but also makes this book so wholesome just add a bit of spice. The hea in this is so cute, I would love more of this couple.

When I began reading this book I had a good feeling about it I thought it would be a good book with good in depth character development but was met with dissatisfaction.
I thought Nate was a really nice guy and got annoyed at Anastasia for hating on him so much in the beginning. And I thought Anastasia was really annoying and a bit dramatic at times. This was clearly just a smut book with little to no actual plot, the whole skating hockey aspect was so little touched upon it felt like the writer sometimes just forgot it was originally supposed to be about that.

I was getting #girlboss from this book the writer clearly wanted to make a ‘independent’ and ‘strong’ female main character, but to me she just seemed really rude and shallow.

Later on in the book when Anastasia and Nate became a couple it was more enjoyable but the ‘falling through the ice’ incident was really unnecessary. And them becoming a couple was also really forgettable and anticlimactic.

I absolutely hated the nicknames, I really didn’t like when characters called Anastasia Stassie I thought it was very childish for someone who is in their 20s.

Though it had its enjoyable moments the negatives clearly outweighed the positives which was disappointing.

Just a really fun, easy read! Nothing insanely intensely good but such a such a fun book, you know what you're getting but it does it so well.

Also incredibly cute, some bits proper had me smiling to myself and kicking my feetm

This is just smut. No interesting storyline or character depiction.
