I picked this up because the art style looked cute. That continued to be the case and I was not disappointed! However, I didn't read what the manga was about (I rarely read what a book is about anymore 😅). Turns out, it's part of my two least favorite genres: dystopian and horror! I didn't like it, but I can tell it's an excellent read. I have a friend who was excited to see that I'd picked it up, and I haven't told him I didn't like it yet...

📚 The gist 📚: Emma and her found family of orphans live at Grace Field House and never want for anything. They love their caretaker, who they call mother, and look forward to the day they're adopted. But something sinister is happening behind the scenes.

💕 For readers looking for 💕: cute art, horror, survival, stories that are cute on the surface with a hidden dark side.
