Even better the second time.
Well who knew?
Although I was only moderately impressed with Shatter Me, I am ready now to re-read it with piqued interest. This short story really broadens the character of Warner. And I'm really interested to read Unravel Me.
I have to say, this author did an excellent job of taking what she wrote (Shatter Me) and giving us enough to really be intrigued. The entire premise is really good, the characters are deeper than I expected, and the action is good. I was disappointed in the ending of Shatter Me, but I think Mafi can redeem it with Unravel Me. We'll have to see! I'm anxiously awaiting.

This was a short Novella between the story of Book 1 and 2. It's from Warner's POV. I loved to get to know him better. Only criticism: it was way too short. He's my favorite character.
