uneventful but insightful, it made warner less creepy but still there were a lot of unanswered questions. i like warner more than adam tho, there is just something abt adam that creeps me out, it might be that juliette and him barely know each other and they are so “in love,” idk it just gives me anna and hans vibes from frozen so i def like warner better

Slow burner, I like where it’s going she better stay with Adam cause I’ll scream my house down if not. Annoyed about the .5 books but they only tiny so excited to start reading it will probably only do an over view report on them. Enjoying it so far, hoping I’ll make it to the end of the series cause I’m not always the best at that

I think Warner is now my favourite character in the series. He's so tortured, so damaged but I'm a little in love with him. It's clear that he really does care for Juliette, even though he's out of his mind. If only he'd tried to talk to her, treat her like a person rather than all the manipulative bullshit, they could have had a chance. I wish I'd read this before book 2, I would have liked to know the real Warner.
The commander is an absolute monster. He really is. There doesn't seem to be a reason or explanation behind his cruelty, he's just evil. I hope Warner murders him, horribly and painfully.
I'd definitely recommend this novella to fans of the series.

I liked knowing more about Warner, but this novella did nothing for me change teams. I still believe that Adam is a better option.
They could never make me hate you, Mr. Aaron Warner.
The man that Warner is *swoon*. I love how his mind works and his thought processes. I think he is definitely a "man" in the fact that he assumes he knows Juliette when every moment out of the asylum she is changing; he can't possibly know someone who is still growing their wings. I really want Warner to face Juliette once she's gotten a grasp of her power and knowledge of the current state of the world. Juliette can save herself, Warner needs to tamp down shit on his end to be good enough for her imo.
