Ehhhhhh! This book had a super interesting plot and premise, but I could not get past the cringe writing and dialogue at times. The last forth of the book was also just okay compared to the interesting baseline plot of the Chain. Once the second half of the book started I guessed the "twist" right away, unfortunately.

I enjoyed this book overall. My only complaint is it went on a little too long after the main storyline was over, the ending could have been shorter.

The premise was intriguing (not very realistic tho), and the first half was better than the second half. At 60% I was ready for the book to be over, it definitely was longer than it needed to be.

Such a terrifying, yet fascinating premise for a book. This is a unique thriller and one that I won’t forget about anytime soon. The second half of the book drug on a little for me but once I understood why it was set up the way it was, the pace picked up again. It didn’t take me long to identify the bad guy once the second part of the book started but it was gratifying to be right in the end.

This was super fast paced and a fun time. It’s a really interesting concept that kept me on the edge of my seat. I didn’t love the last 150 pages because of the direction it took, but it was still thrilling. I liked the characters and I liked the romance what can I say. Also the fact that this had 77 chapters made me happy( if you know you know). If you want a fast paced entertaining thriller I would recommend this.

I enjoyed this one a lot. It hooked me from the start and while I predicted the plot twist, I really liked the book still! Would recommend if you like psychological thrillers.
