I appreciate how well this book was put together. Clearly a lot of time was spent sourcing and then writing about various studies related to emotional intelligence. I want to acknowledge the work that the author must have spent putting this book together.
My one complaint would be that I wish the book had offered more tips on improving one's own emotional intelligence, but I suppose that wasn't the point of the book. I would recommend this book to psychologists and anyone interested in the effect emotional intelligence has on the individual and on society.

Interesting perspective but I found it hard to read and stay engaged because it was a bit too analytical for me
