"It's important to keep the mind and spirit young. Not just to make good stories but to live a good life."

This was such a a sweet enjoyable read with so much heart. The artwork is adorable and the characters were all so sweet and charming. I also loved the relationships that grew and that Alexa brought so many lives together. I highly recommend picking this up. I will definitely be adding this to my collection.

such an endearing and beautifully drawn story. though i'm much older than the target audience, this really resonated with me & made me think about childhood and the fear of growing up and growing old. alexa's story was heartfelt and made me tear up towards the end.
