Very good read, breezed right through it. The characters felt real, were well developed and likeable. Good mix of romance and plot. The switches between 1st and 3rd person POV was odd at first but I quickly got used to that. Biggest con was the ending felt abrupt. Like some other reviews have said, the worldbuilding dichtomacy of the two countries as 1) awful and 2) a utopia felt a bit overdone, and some events left me thinking that the main characters should probably need a hot minute more to process the events that just went down. But as I wasn't here for high-fantasy literature, I was here for queer arranged marriage fun, I could suspend disbelief without too many issues.

It’s a fun set up, a predictable plot and an enjoyable read. Not sure it’s really slow burn when it takes place over a span of days, but the characters get to know and trust each other before they fall into complete lust and love.
