Cute book with a great message of putting down the electronics once in awhile. Illustrations were awesome!

A cute book about taking the tapping, swiping, surfing, liking and talking that happens on-line for many kids, and bringing them back outside! Cute, simple, and straight forward.

hello cute cover! hello over the top story too much 'screen' time and needing to take a break outside, and how it's good to do a little of both. and then I noticed it was written by Mark Zuckerberg's sister. figures.

This reminded me of Hello Hello. It's a great reminder to disconnect from tech and enjoy the world - keeping a balance.

simple vocabulary but a cute story with wordplay and bright illustrations that translate well to read aloud crowds. *might* be good for talking theme.

I like the message in this story - reboot, recharge, restart. We are so connected to technology in this day and age, we do need to remind kids to go outside and play. It's not about swiping or surfing, sometimes it's about turning the real page of a book. Would be fun to use at the start of a new year to set up new goals or resolutions.

Dot gives us a good reminder that the in person interactions with people and nature cannot be replaced by our technology. Pair with Hello! Hello! and It's a Book for a strong text set on this theme.
