Too much miscommunication, not enough backstory or detail or even explanation, the lawyer plot took a backseat near the end and the female mc was a little too toxic-y for my taste. Owen wasn't too bad execpt for when he throws insults at her which are uncalled for but she did the same thing.
Their relationship seemed purely physical to me but I did like that the guy kind of fell first.
The writing style was a little bland in my opinion and i just wanted the book to end.
The side characters and couples made the book enjoyable for me and I wanted more of them.
I didnt love the book, didnt hate it. So it was just a meh for me.

I fell in love with this book from the very beginning! I will reread this book at some point. I highly recommend it to everyone if you love / like a quick read with enemies to lovers.

Pretty much exactly like the summary says -  You've Got Mail meets Dating You/Hating You by Christina Lauren and The Hating Game by Sally Thorne.
A somewhat spicier and updated for millennials version of You've Got Mail. Victoria and Owen frequently go head to head in the courtroom as opposing counsel while unknowingly baring all to each other online as anonymous twitter correspondents. As their in person heat grows and the lines get blurred, will they be able to maintain the same closeness they share online in person - and will they survive the reveal of who they really are to each other?

This was charming and sweet and while it had spicy scenes it didn't go over the top. Overall, really enjoyable update to You've Got Mail, with quite a few nods to other rom com faves.

I listened to the audiobook and the narration was great.

I really do not enjoy the You’ve Got Mail trope. So if you do, this is for you!

Really derivative of You've Got Mail. I love the trope, but this is beat for beat. Also, the spicy scenes were abrupt
theres a group chat about the MMC oral sex skills without it ever being mentioned in the actu l scene.
