I absolutely loved this book and devoured it. The depth of the characters was incredible, it was as if I was living the story with them. I cried at least 10 different times reading it because I was so immersed. The writing, the setting, the sisters, Charlie, William, everything made this a beautiful, impactful story I won’t forget soon. If you like in depth characters and family dynamics, 100% recommend this journey you go on.

Did not enjoy the writing style. Felt the prose was super repetitive and there was a lot of clunky exposition. Characters were so one dimensional and bland. I expected more character development and it never materialized.

This book was all character development but so well written it really got my tearing up by the last couple of chapters. I will say, it’s so character heavy that parts felt unnecessary or really dragged on. By the end the full picture did help you get to the emotional side to how these characters were developing and growing. It’s a slow burn kind of book but worth it in the end.
