4.5 stars. This was a super practical, easy read with a lot of great strategies that I was able to implement immediately with a lot of success. I really liked how she tried the strategies out on her focus group and shared their perspectives. Some of the concepts I had heard before but there was a lot that was new also! Would definitely recommend to those looking for realistic ways to create a more calm and meaningful life!

Most of these are absolute lightbulb moments and I'm going to go back through and do the whole book week by week. A couple of them though make the assumption that the reader is neurotypical with access to support from other people or the money to access it. And pretty much all examples are about people who work more than 40 hours a week because they want to advance their career and they can just choose not to do that, rather than be working over 40 hours a week so they can afford to survive.
