Easily my favorite book in the Expanse series. Can’t wait to see how this series ends in the next book

This was another fantastic Expanse book, with a seriously terrifying bad guy. Duarte just becomes even more scary in this book -- along with Laconia in general. They make some enormously horrible decisions that turn out to punish everyone in the galaxy, basically. The book was a fast read -- lots of action and drama. I'm honestly looking forward to seeing how the author's wrap up this series come fall. They set up a lot of dominos they have to knock over, and I can't wait to see it end!

I've been unwell and haven't been reviewing this year. I'm uploading all my reads now and maybe someday I'll write a proper review here.

Wow, that was a hell of a ride. In a series with a really high average rating, Tiamat's Wrath stands out and that's saying something.

The Expanse just keeps on expanding. This edition ties up a bunch of loose ends as we find the crew separated by more than vast regions of space yet all still pursuing the same goal. Will you be elated by turn of events. Most certainly. Will you be dismayed, even heartbroken? Most certainly. Mr. Corey (and we all know he's a group mind, don't we?) once again takes pen in hand and expands the Expanse thru the twilight zone and into the outer limits of human exploration. (and I choose those titles very carefully)
