This was such a good read! I was hooked from the beginning and couldn’t put it down. The addition of the POVS from the unknown narrator added an extra layer of suspense to the story. Ariel was a fantastic FMC and I liked seeing her figure out the mystery behind her family’s company. I wasn’t shocked by any of the twists but yet I was enamored with the characters and mystery so it was still very enjoyable. I can’t wait to see what thriller Bowen puts out next!

I love Sarina’s writing. That said, this book fell flat for me. Sarina’s voice was there but I just kept waiting for something to happen. Kept flipping ahead to see when it would get interesting. When the finale came it was very anticlimactic and then just over and everyone was happy again. I’m disappointed. I expected more.
