I think I'm reading these now more for Agatha's personal life than for the mysteries she "solves"!

3.5 stars. Like all the other Agatha Raisin stories. Still, I'm enjoying them.

Ever so glad to see the back of James. Seriously, get with Charles, girl. (or honestly? Bill Wong.)

Classic Agatha Raisin - entertaining, with a likeable character. I have gotten tired of James at this point, so I’m excited to see new men in Agatha’s life in the future. Definitely in the middle of the pack when it comes to Agatha raisin.

This has all the makings of a great Agatha Raisin Adventure! We have sleuthing, banter, Agatha almost dying, and LIMITED James Lacy appearances! I also might be starting to get this mystery gig, I finally guessed the culprit correctly this time!
