Super steamy but I really enjoyed filling the paths of the characters as they followed their dreams!

I feel like I didn’t truly get enough time with the characters to be invested in their romance, and I found it unrealistic that they just got away with fake marriage and lies even though they got caught doing something illegal by the government? But it was still pretty good and entertaining
This book was so good... and then the whole Amanda thing happened and I couldn't really enjoy the ending. So much happened and the reconciliation was too rushed for me. 😕

The descriptions of the music parts were fantastic though, I could feel what Holland felt when she listened to Calvin and now I want to listen to an epic movie score to feel the same high.

3.5 - not my favorite book of theirs. I think Holland’s insecurities rubbed off on me, I think a dual pov would have helped and an epilogue.
I listened to this book straight through and couldn’t stop, I loved it.
