This was a amazing mafia romance of the instalove variety. This series just keeps getting better and better, I’m loving seeing these gruff mafia guys being brought to their knees by their women. Armando was the perfect protector and he fell for Allegra right away. The story was full of steam and I just loved it.

Armando did not disappoint. He may just be my favorite. Always the strong silent one but way deeper under the surface. When he walks out of a coffee shop and Allegra jumps into his arms, he just knows that’s it for him. I absolutely loved the way he was with her. He swears to protect her from what she’s running from but worries his world might be more of the same. Will she stay or walk away? Can he keep her safe. All of the feels, and steam. This series is one of my favorites!
