I LOVED this book.
It was my first time reading something where I didn’t have to worry about some super silly third act breakup that made no sense and was the result of a lack of communication. The way the main characters communicate was so so so good. And the PRASIE?! Sweet baby Jesus. I didn’t think I would like how apologetic Jack was because I definitely love an alpha male but his tenderness was so damn appreciated. It made me realize that I actually like a more vulnerable man. Anywho, also loved the side characters and can’t wait to read their stories!!!!
My only grievance was that I wished that the reason for the main characters being enemies was a little more significant. I feel like in real life the elevator thing wouldn’t bug me as much. But that’s it. That’s all.

Then there is Jack, oh my goodness…such a pgom. There are so many tropes fit into this one, which I loved. Oh, and the steam…you crushed it Chelsea lol. I can’t wait to read your next book!

I liked but didn't love this one. Honestly, I think I'm going into a slump so it's not fault of the book or the author that this book wasn't 5 stars for me. It was a super cute workplace enemies to lovers with a fun tropical trip to spice things up. I really enjoy this author and am excited for more books by her, this one didn't just totally wow me. Still a cute fun read for when you need a light hearted romance!!
I was truly surprised by how deeply I loved this book and how I related to both of the characters. An incredible debut novel with some truly very spicy scenes. 10/10 would recommend.
