My weekend JD Robb Eve Origin binge continues. Read in just over 32 hours despite a busy personal weekend.
Once again we see 'the taming of Eve' and one could say the more formal clustering of her friendship circle. It was great to see Peabody again, and for Eve to become more open to Mira.
The first three books are quite often packed as an intro. So will I borrow and re-read Rapture in Death - maybe, but probably not next weekend.

I give it 3 stars for story (which is rather convoluted, but has a nice, surprising ending), but 5 stars for characters. I have #4 waiting at the library and was literally sad when I ended this one last night at 10pm and knew I'd have to wait 12 hours to get the next one!
I didn’t love this one AS much but I still loved it. The dynamic in their relationship is one of my favorites.
