saved from the reading slump by the one and only jeremy volkov 😩💖

before starting legacy of gods, god of wrath was one of the books i was looking forward to the most and since the deception trilogy (which is a about jeremys parents) is one of my favorites from rina, i was waiting for a lot from this. and it delivered!!

jeremy!! loved everything about him, but specially the softer, caring side he had for cecily and his family. and obviously the obsessed possesive beast he is 💖

i felt so much for cecily, she is the resposible mom friend always taking care of everyone else (same girl same) meanwhile she struggles with her own demons, hiding them from her friends. i was so proud when she opened up to them, letting them be there for her too 🧡

both cecily and jeremy were great, individually and together. they both went through so much 🥺 but the way they helped each other was so sweet!!

also mia + landon crumbs?? can't wait to see what's going on there 👀. and you bet i was screaming when adrian and lia showed up!!

genuinely loved this book from the start! Jeremy saved her in so many more ways than one. he healed her soul, you know? she never thought anyone could or would love who she really was . Cecily said her super power was invisibility but he SAW HER. coming from me who never thought someone would truly see me, i adore this book.

I just don’t get the Rina Kent hype- this was terrible. This isn’t dark romance, this is an annoying douchebag and a simple minded girl with no personality. Why do people like this?
