I so appreciate the work Katie is doing to offer financial education and empowerment to women and to do it in a kind and sustainable way. Her work answers the question of how personal finance is political and how to build a progressive path forward with an inherently exploitative system.

I have been a long time listener of the Money with Katie podcast. I love Katie’s fresh perspective on money and how money is inherently intertwined with different social and political policies. This book is a must read for anyone, but especially those in their early 20’s to get a jumpstart on their financial future.

I really appreciate how Katie gives practical approaches for an individual while also calling out the systemic issues. I’ve heard of many of the concepts she discusses, but feel I actually understand how they work and might apply to my own financial situation.
